About The Position

Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our compassionate and collaborative team. Requirements

• Current LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program

Nice To Haves

• Experience in behavioral health and familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus but not required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Process medication requests (online and walk-in) and perform medication reconciliation.
• Assist with prior authorizations and ensure completion of Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) checks in coordination with providers.
• Handle administrative tasks including phone calls, medical record requests for new patients, referral tracking, and lab/diagnosis tracking.
• Float to support other nursing staff as needed.
