Requirements

• Must be able to multitask
• Be well organized
• A good team player
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• LPN Applicants: Current PA (or qualifying Compact) LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• CMA/MA Applicants: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certificate
• Graduate of Medical Assisting Program (MA)
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous urgent care or ER nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes many tasks such as phone calls
• Request medical records for new patients
• Referral tracking
• Lab and diagnosis tracking
• Authorization for medications as needed
• Float to assist other nurses when needed
