Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in outpatient or clinic nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- BLS required; additional certifications based on specialty preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient assessments, vitals, and clinical documentation.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments under RN or physician supervision.
- Support providers during exams, procedures, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinic protocols.
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment.
