Requirements

• Experience working with and maintaining confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including IV therapy under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist and direct ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and co-workers to ensure a quality patient experience.
• Utilize the Nursing Process for data gathering, planning, and evaluation of patient care.
• Adapt to rapid changes in the unit/department throughout the day.
• Maintain required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials.
