POSITION: LPN Charge-Weekend Program, Extended Care North (ECN), 24 hours per week, 7a-7p with rotating holidays $5,000 Sign On Bonus ECN - Serving residents in a long term care setting.
Requirements
- Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve
- Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations
- What to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families
- Active LPN license in state of Nebraska
- CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- One year clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient
- Compile, compare and record patient care information
- Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes
- Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
- Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care
- Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient
