POSITION: LPN Charge-Weekend Program, Extended Care North (ECN), 24 hours per week, 7a-7p with rotating holidays $5,000 Sign On Bonus ECN - Serving residents in a long term care setting.

Requirements

  • Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations
  • What to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families
  • Active LPN license in state of Nebraska
  • CPR certification

Nice To Haves

  • One year clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient
  • Compile, compare and record patient care information
  • Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes
  • Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
  • Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient
