As a Wellness Nurse (LPN) in our senior living community, you will provide hands-on clinical care, oversee medication administration, support Medication Technicians and Resident Assistants, and ensure compliance with Kentucky nursing regulations. This role is ideal for nurses with experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare environments who value teamwork, compassion, and consistent overnight leadership. šŸ•’ Position Details Part-Time – 3rd Shift (Overnights) Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency, as required by state regulations.
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting.
  • Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
  • The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non-licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting the residents needs and monitor the condition of residents in AL. Demonstrate good decision-making skills.
  • Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
  • Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
  • Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications, or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
