A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN LPN CHARGE NURSE As an LPN Charge Nurse, you oversee the daily operations of the medical staff at our assisted living residence to ensure high-quality care. Under the direction of a physician, you provide compassionate and comprehensive medical care for our elderly residents. You assess residents who come in for treatment and diligently document any changes in their condition along with their overall progress. Using your excellent communication skills, you follow up with residents and their families about any concerns or desired treatment plans. When needed, you are happy to help out your fellow nurses with their duties as well. You feel fulfilled by providing our elderly residents with top-notch medical care that improves their health and quality of life!

Requirements

  • LPN license
  • First Aid certification
  • Heart for working with senior residents

Responsibilities
