Requirements
- Active LPN license (Florida)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, compassionate nurse who leads with heart
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Assisted Living or Senior Living preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and medication management for residents
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team
- Support and guide caregivers during the PM shift
- Document care accurately and follow state and company guidelines
- Be a calm, confident presence as the day winds down
