About The Position
White Oak/NHC of Charleston is conveniently located at I-26 and University Avenue on the Trident Hospital campus. The Charge Nurse position is a full time days, Monday-Friday schedule 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay rate includes shift differential for night shift. $10K sign on bonus available.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state approved school of Nursing with current license to practice as an RN or LPN in South Carolina.
- Experience in geriatric nursing with Charge Nurse or Unit Coordinator experience.
- Good physical and mental health, considerate, understanding and enjoys working with elderly people.
Responsibilities
- The night Charge Nurse in responsible for residents and staff on shift while in the facility.
- Must be flexible to help out where needed for nurses on shift and CNA partners to meet the needs of the residents.
