About The Position
The LPN - Charge Nurse is responsible for directing nursing care for patients and supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants in a healthcare setting. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing appropriate care under the guidance of the Administrator, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing Services. The position requires a blend of clinical skills, supervisory capabilities, and administrative functions to maintain high standards of patient care and staff performance.
