About The Position

The LPN Physician Practice provides direct and indirect patient care, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements

• Graduate of a school of nursing is required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse is required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
