The LPN Caregiver provides the patient with personal care assistance and home support in an effort to maintain a clean, safe environment for the elderly or convalescing patient thus allowing them to remain in their own home. LPN Caregivers work in patient homes and in facilities. The LPN Caregiver possess the ability and willingness to interact with residents, family members, personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances. They regularly communicate with the medical staff, nursing personnel, and other units. LPN Caregivers function under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and the Scheduling Coordinator.
