About The Position

The position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) focuses on providing direct patient care. The LPN will be responsible for rooming the patients daily, to include manual blood pressures, O2, weight, heart rate. Attention to detail is of the upmost importance for medication reconciliation. The LPN will also be responsible for obtaining test results and with collaboration of the provider, generating orders or phone calls to the patient.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate LPN nursing program, with current or pending Colorado nursing license
• Computer skills and working with electronic medical records
• BCLS required on hire

Nice To Haves

• Experience in clinic setting
• Knowledge of basic ECG strips
