Job Description: SCOPE: Functions as a point person / coordinator of services for medical oncologists and medical oncology patients. Promotes the smooth transition of patient care from entry into MBPCC system until completion of treatment and though out follow-up process. Assists designated physician(s) in a variety of professional and paraprofessional patient care activities as specified and requested. Responsible for providing specialized care of the medical oncology patient including patient assessments and education and other procedures.
