Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care and urology.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- LPN Licensure
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the supervision of the RN, utilizes the knowledge basis of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to the hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
- The LPN organizes care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating and communicating with all necessary Providers/Leaders on an ongoing basis.
