Requirements

Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required.
Clear and active LPN licensure in the state of practice required.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Valid State licensure as an LPN
Current CPR certification
Able to supervise LPN’s and certified nursing assistants with appropriate LPN supervisory training as per state requirement

Responsibilities

Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center
Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
