About The Position
The Neighborhood is a senior living community dedicated to quality care and compassion for our residents and our team. As part of the nonprofit PRS network, we provide a supportive environment with career growth opportunities. We’re seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Assisted Living team, where you’ll: Deliver compassionate, individualized care Supervise and support care staff Safely administer medications with accurate documentation Maintain medication rooms in regulatory compliance Why Join Us? Requirements
- Current licensure in good standing as an LPN/LVN in the applicable community State
- Compassion and desire to work with older adults
- Physical ability to perform job: standing, walking, use of hand and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Pass criminal background check, meet health requirements, including TB test.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care
- Supervise and support care staff
- Safely administer medications with accurate documentation
- Maintain medication rooms in regulatory compliance
