About The Position
The Health Services Coordinator (HSC) is a full-time role focused on providing quality care to Memory Care residents and supporting the Assisted Living community. The HSC is responsible for ensuring that residents' safety, physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs are met by leading and training staff authorized to provide care and administer medications. This position requires collaboration with the Health Services Director to comply with state and federal regulations and to maintain high standards of care while exemplifying the mission and values of Bethesda Senior Living Communities.
