Come join our team! Hours are 3pm-11pm - Tuesday through Saturday The ideal ADON candidate will be an LPN with previous experience working in the Assisted Living or Memory Care field. The Health and Wellness Coordinator/ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met. They ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
