In this role, you will manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. You will oversee the quality of care and service delivery across all shifts, which may involve stepping into the roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed. Additionally, you will supervise community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education. You will also manage associates' schedules and oversee medication training and administration in accordance with Brookdale guidelines.

Requirements

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity.
• Ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
• Assume the role of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Supervise community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers.
• Provide ongoing training and education to Caregivers.
• Manage associates' schedules.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration.
• Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits.
• Share on-call duties as required.
