Assists RN with development of plan of care. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Must have an active AZ or Compact LPN or LVN License.
- AHA BLS required. If you have other than AHA, you will have 30 days from your date of hire to obtain your AHA BLS.
- NIH Stroke Scale assigned and completed within 30 days of hire.
