The LPN, Proficient, Inpatient, under the direction of the Nurse Manager or designee and the co-assigned Registered Nurse, is accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. The LPN, Proficient, Inpatient contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. The LPN, Proficient, Inpatient works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Seeking highly motivated and flexible individuals with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills to join the Neuro ICU team. Will be responsible for helping in the care of both Neuro-surgery and Neuro-medicine ICU level patients. Requirements
- Requires a diploma from an accredited LPN Nursing Program and an active New York State LPN license in good standing.
- Acute medical-surgical experience or critical care experience preferred.
