About The Position

BAYADA is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support clients in their homes in Valparaiso and nearby communities in Indiana. This role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide comfort and stability through one-on-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Nurses will build meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the home
• Bring comfort and stability to the people who need it most in your community
• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Build meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care
• Focus on patient care through user-friendly electronic charting

Benefits

• $26–$30/hour in Indiana
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month)
