About The Position
The LPCC-S Supervisor will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as they work toward obtaining their independent clinical licensure (LPCC). This role is non-client facing and focuses on guiding the supervisee through their clinical development, ensuring compliance with supervision and licensure requirements set by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board (CSWMFT). The supervisor will also assist the LPC in the credentialing process with insurance panels, ensuring they are properly credentialed to practice independently in a private practice setting.
