Flexible schedule with few requirements, and a hybrid model of remote and in-person work Professional liability insurance Marketing support Billing and credentialing services Paid time off Paid birthday leave Holiday Pay (with full time caseload) Health insurance (with full time caseload) What You Will Be Doing (all the typical therapist things): Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise Other stuff we probably forgot to add but are just as meaningful and important to your role
