About The Position

Who We Are Looking For: A professional with comfort and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults (bonus points if you work with clients and families navigating the Autistic Spectrum, Eating Disorders, or Couples/Family Therapy). Clinicians with prior private practice experience (clinicians bringing a partial caseload will be given priority) Therapist that possesses a terminal licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP) A provider able to practice with autonomy, but enjoys being within a framework of communication, support, and consultation Someone both clients and colleagues enjoy spending time with (you’re a therapist, people should like you). Flexible schedule with few requirements, and a hybrid model of remote and in-person work Professional liability insurance Marketing support Billing and credentialing services Paid time off Paid birthday leave Holiday Pay (with full time caseload) Health insurance (with full time caseload) What You Will Be Doing (all the typical therapist things): Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise Other stuff we probably forgot to add but are just as meaningful and important to your role

Requirements

  • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Candidates must have be a LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP at the time of hire (transitional licenses are not being considered for this position).
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other paperwork in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
