There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide fully integrative behavioral health services to individuals in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Texas. The role involves delivering individual, group, and family therapy within the nursing home setting, developing treatment plans, and conducting in-services. The professionals will collaborate closely with the SPC psych team and nursing home staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. What sets SPC apart is its highly specialized teams, which include Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. The psychiatrists not only supervise mid-level providers but also evaluate and treat patients directly. SPC emphasizes continuity of care over a triage approach, ensuring that patients receive consistent and thorough treatment. Additionally, telehealth services are offered when appropriate, allowing for greater flexibility in patient care. SPC providers primarily work in the field rather than in a traditional office setting, which allows for a more dynamic and engaging work environment. Support for SPC providers includes monthly staff meetings, regular treatment team meetings in nursing home settings, and virtual meetings. The organization also provides in-services and community education opportunities. Financial assistance for continuing education units (CEUs) is available, with up to $750 per year and three paid CEU participation days. Flexible scheduling options are offered for both part-time and full-time positions, along with paid holidays and paid time off. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, long-term and short-term disability, and life insurance. Administrative assistance is provided for billing, credentialing, authorizations, and insurance, along with necessary computer and internet connectivity for electronic health records (EHR). Competitive pay is offered, commensurate with experience, along with personal protective equipment (PPE) and reimbursement for COVID-19 testing expenses. Corporate, regional, and field orientation and training are also part of the onboarding process.
