The Loyalty & Partnerships Analyst role is part of Grubhub's Growth team. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Grubhub's Loyalty & Partnerships programs. They will generate insights that inform program strategy, monetization approach, and performance optimization, while also developing self-service, program-level reporting to facilitate scalable, data-driven decision-making and support tracking towards goals.This role will closely collaborate with the broader Loyalty & Partnerships team, as well as cross-functional partners including Product, Pricing, and other Growth functions, to identify opportunities, guide experimentation, and ensure data, business analysis, and reporting are accurate, actionable, and timely. Given this role spans a sizable part of our portfolio, it has the opportunity to influence decisions that impact a meaningful share of Grubhub's business. The ideal candidate will pair strong quantitative qualifications with the ability to synthesize data-driven insights across multiple dimensions, applying conceptual thinking and maintaining a consistent focus on business outcomes In addition to expertise in business analysis, SQL, test analysis, Tableau and other data visualization tools, this role requires strong influence and coordination skills to effectively partner across multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership. As such, exceptional communication and the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments - able to set a well-informed long-term agenda, drive structured problem-solving, and remain agile in adapting to new opportunities The role also supports key reporting functions, including the development of slides, charts, tables, and analytical commentary to inform business decisions. Candidates with strong communication skills and experience producing executive-ready materials are highly preferred.
