As a Loyalty Operations Analyst at Western Union, you will play a critical role in operational excellence, working on high visibility projects that aim to solve problems and create meaningful changes for customers. This position involves developing strategic recommendations and implementing initiatives to improve processes, platform availability, and the competitive position of Western Union. You will collaborate with the Consumer Money Transfer Retail and Digital Go To Market (GTM) teams, as well as technology partners, to design and deploy loyalty programs that drive revenue and customer acquisition.

  • Work closely with business teams to understand and scope customer strategy related initiatives and business challenges.
  • Utilize various analytic tools, including SQL, to derive meaningful and actionable data.
  • Interpret data to drive insights and support decision-making by the business.
  • Design and implement systems and methods to measure the efficacy of active loyalty programs.
  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or significant relevant professional equivalent experience in loyalty programs and platforms.
  • Extensive experience writing SQL queries and drawing insights from data.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the marketplace.
  • Experience in operational excellence and project management.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies.
