As a Loyalty Operations Analyst at Western Union, you will play a critical role in operational excellence, working on high visibility projects that aim to solve problems and create meaningful changes for customers. This position involves developing strategic recommendations and implementing initiatives to improve processes, platform availability, and the competitive position of Western Union. You will collaborate with the Consumer Money Transfer Retail and Digital Go To Market (GTM) teams, as well as technology partners, to design and deploy loyalty programs that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
