Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in automotive sales or business development preferred
  • Strong phone, computer (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM skills
  • Excellent math, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a customer service mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the service team to review and analyze incoming appointments
  • Initiate sales with prior and current customers through outbound calls
  • Calculate lease returns and buyouts using current OEM programs
  • Schedule appointments and track sales activity using DealerSocket
  • Estimate trade values and monthly payments for prospective buyers
  • Educate customers on financial products and financing options
  • Maintain and update AutoAlert presets and produce regular sales reports
