We're looking for a guest focused, data-driven Loyalty Manager to lead the development and growth of Giordano's loyalty program. You'll play a pivotal role in deepening customer relationships, increasing lifetime value, and driving frequency—both online and in-restaurant. This role will manage the day-to-day operations, strategy, and optimization of our loyalty initiatives, with a focus on driving membership, engagement, personalization, and ROI.
