Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform; with our loyalty currency FanCash and loyalty program Fanatics ONE that connects fandom across the ecosystem. We're building an integrated, personalized, and immersive loyalty experience across all Fanatics businesses, igniting the power of sports to foster connections, inspire change, and drive community. The Data Analyst III will be the dedicated analytics partner for the Fanatics ONE program. This role will forecast tier progression, measure engagement, track retention, and deliver insights that shape the member journey. The analyst will build dashboards and design test-and-learn frameworks to ensure the program delivers measurable value. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and passionate about using data to optimize loyalty programs and fan engagement.

  • Conduct strategic analyses on member behavior, loyalty economics, and program performance to inform executive decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for Fanatics ONE program KPIs, partnering with Strategy & Ops on strategic analyses to inform program roadmap decisions.
  • Track and analyze member retention, upgrade/downgrade flows, and engagement trends across tiers. Forecast tier progression, milestone achievement, and membership growth, providing scenario planning for loyalty strategy decisions.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives (e.g., milestone comms, benefit pilots), measuring campaign lift and member behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Benefits, and Marketing to integrate analytics into lifecycle journeys and member experiences.
  • Package insights for leadership reporting, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related field, ideally in loyalty, e-commerce, gaming, or consumer programs.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Excel/Sheets; skilled in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience with forecasting, ROI modeling, and benefit/offer analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working across multiple data sources (internal + vendor).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000
