At Home Group has an immediate opportunity within its marketing organization for a Loyalty and CRM Analyst. This role is expected to understand complex client needs that can be solved or further informed with the use of data and implement those solutions. The Analyst's primary objective is to design data products that quickly drive incremental value to the Marketing team as they address customer acquisition, retention, and other sales growth initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate with business users, Analytics peers within Marketing and across the Enterprise to maximize the value of insights and shared resources to benefit At Home. S/he needs to understand common challenges in data structures and strategies to build data products in an extensible, scalable, and performant manner.
