Why This Role Matters We are seeking a Lowrider Driver who brings personality, professionalism, and pride to every guest interaction. This role is responsible for safely transporting guests while creating a one-of-a-kind, culturally immersive experience that reflects the spirit of New Mexico. The Lowrider Driver serves as both a driver and storyteller, offering guests a memorable introduction to the property and surrounding area through engaging conversation, smooth driving, and exceptional hospitality.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 with a clean driving record.
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to get in and out of a vehicle multiple times a day and assist guests with entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a memorable first impression of the property.
- Safely operate the lowrider vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Assist guests in and out of the vehicle with care and professionalism.
- Transport guests to and from designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Share knowledge of local culture, history, events, and property amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Partner with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, and other departments to coordinate guest needs.
- Provide luggage assistance when needed, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Uphold ADA awareness, safety protocols, and security procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client, and guest information.
