About The Position

The Sr. Master Trainer at Lowe's is responsible for fostering an environment of experiential learning, focusing on developing leaders with the necessary technical skills and leadership capabilities to drive the company's mission and strategy. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED with 7 years of relevant business experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership support role for a Home Improvement Retailer, meeting key performance metrics.
  • 7 years of demonstrated proficiency in performance management and effective coaching techniques.
  • 6 years of strong interpersonal communication, active listening, motivational, and facilitation skills.
  • 3 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in MBA, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience delivering virtual instructor-led and/or live leadership and functional training.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary program facilitator, utilizing various teaching styles to connect course concepts to business situations.
  • Produce and facilitate both virtual instructor-led and in-classroom training sessions using platforms like Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.
  • Adapt design solutions to fit the organization's culture and workforce diversity.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of solutions to address performance gaps in the business.
  • Synthesize feedback from learners and subject matter experts to continuously improve training materials.
  • Manage assigned training sessions to ensure effective execution of the overall experience.
  • Oversee program and project dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform administrative duties including calendar planning, work plans, curriculum maps, and responding to field questions.
