Established in 1972, Mount Vernon School serves over 1,250 students in Preschool through Grade 12 on our 40-acre Atlanta campus. The Team The Extended Play Team is the faculty support group that manages all after school programming and facilitates high-quality play and robust learning engagement in the afternoons for ages PK2 (Age 2) through G5 (Grade 5). The Role The Lower School After School Extended Play Teacher is responsible for assisting with indoor and outdoor projects, projects, games, play, and general safety/supervision of Lower School students (ages 5-7) between the hours of 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm daily. Work occurs on the premises at Mount Vernon’s Lower Campus. This is a 10-month, school-year role.
