About The Position
The Lower School Associate Teacher at Groves Academy is responsible for supporting the lead teacher in delivering individualized instruction to students with learning differences such as Dyslexia and ADHD. This role involves learning to plan and implement instructional programs, supervising students, and gradually taking on lead teaching responsibilities. The Associate Teacher will contribute to creating an engaging classroom environment and will communicate regularly with parents, all while participating in professional development opportunities.
