Lower Division Pre-Kindergarten Instructional Assistant
About The Position
Berkeley Preparatory School is seeking a full-time Pre-Kindergarten Instructional Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. The Pre-Kindergarten Instructional Assistant will work collaboratively with a lead teacher to plan the instructional program and co-teach lessons to whole and small groups that are both age-appropriate and address individual student needs. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience and/or training working in an Early Childhood classroom. A good sense of humor, a positive outlook, and an appreciation of the unique qualities of the age group are essential. Candidates must show a strong willingness to receive feedback regularly, grow professionally, significantly contribute to the life of the school, and will be eager to work in a culturally and ethnically diverse environment.
Requirements
