Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of one year related work experience or training in a financial institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, a positive and professional business image, and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services, maximizing customer satisfaction and contributing to the bank’s growth.
• Answers questions and takes ownership and accountability in problem solving.
• Maintains organized and confidential workstation.
• Maintains knowledge of changing rates and products.
• Follows up to ensure customers are fully satisfied and understand products.
• Adheres to banking regulations and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Processes transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Explains, promotes, and activates products and services.
• Demonstrates for customers all functions of online, mobile, and telephone banking features to ensure understanding.
• Balances teller drawer and vault daily and maintains cash limits set by the Board of Directors.
• Abides by all aspects of First National Bank’s policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Completes other duties that may be assigned.
