About The Position

The position involves loading and unloading heavy and large equipment, ensuring proper loading on trailers, and securing all loads according to DOT regulations. The employee will be responsible for delivering and picking up equipment as scheduled from site to site in a safe and timely manner. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the truck and trailer, conducting pre and post-trip inspections daily, and following all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct. Safety guidelines must be adhered to at all times, and the employee may be assigned other job-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Experience loading and unloading (operating) equipment
• Minimum five (5) years experience
• Professional attitude & conduct
• Multi-tasking, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills
• High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
• Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
• Strictly adhere to safety requirements and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas
• Be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the working environment
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the business
• Successfully complete a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Load and unload heavy equipment and large equipment
• Operate all equipment

• Deliver and pick up equipment as scheduled from site to site in a safe & timely manner
• Maintain truck and trailer

• Follow all company safety guidelines
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
