Job Details: Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining all Systems but not limited to Fire, Burglary, Surveillance Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, Access Control Systems, Intercom, Network Clocks, Freezer/Cooler Probes, Audio, Security/HVAC Pressure Sensors, all related cabling, and other systems as assigned. Effectively troubleshoots and repairs faulty equipment or conditions. Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all systems’ hardware and software. Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial experience
A valid Driver’s License
Must have a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Must have own tools
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug-test
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial experience
Computer skills in programming
Skilled with low voltage wiring and associated devices

Nice To Haves

NICET certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining all Systems but not limited to Fire, Burglary, Surveillance Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, Access Control Systems, Intercom, Network Clocks, Freezer/Cooler Probes, Audio, Security/HVAC Pressure Sensors, all related cabling, and other systems as assigned.
Effectively troubleshoots and repairs faulty equipment or conditions.
Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all systems’ hardware and software.
Performs basic point-to-point troubleshooting on CCTV, Burglar, Fire, Keyless Access and Intercom equipment.
Performs regular preventative maintenance functions and building assessments to include physical inspection, written reporting.
Inspects and coordinates work performed by authorized vendors to ensure projects meet scope of work, project specifications, and guideline requirements.
Maintains strong written and effective oral communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders, customers, and peers.
Demonstrates attention to detail to ensure successful resolution to customer requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
Maintain all equipment in great condition
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
