About The Position

Faith Technologies, a division of Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), is seeking a Specialty Systems Superintendent who will play a crucial role in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialty systems. This position requires a well-versed knowledge of the BICSI Cabling Installation Program, the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), and the National Electrical Code (NEC). The successful candidate will thrive in a self-directed management environment, ensuring that projects are completed on time and safely. The role involves significant travel, with expectations of 60-75% travel to customer premises for installations and maintenance of systems including copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, and audio systems. The Specialty Systems Superintendent will supervise the installation of specialty systems, managing a team of 10 or more technicians and multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to estimated job costs. This position also requires the development and integration of project schedules with other trades, as well as the ability to independently develop accounts to widen the scope of work and generate additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation. The job description is intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described, but it is not exhaustive and additional functions may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate. At Faith Technologies, we are committed to the personal growth of our employees, offering industry-leading training and leadership development programs. We leverage cutting-edge technology, including virtual design and build programs, robotic total stations, 3D scanning, and drone surveillance. Our commitment to safety is paramount, as evidenced by our significantly lower safety rating compared to industry averages. We offer competitive, merit-based wages and a robust benefits package that includes paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a top-notch wellness program. Joining FTI means taking control of your career path and being part of a team that values safety, trust, and redefining possibilities.
