About The Position

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Low Voltage New Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Established in 2009, we are a full-service fire protection company that provides installation, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and retrofit of fire safety systems. Our company prides itself on superior customer service and technical expertise, having developed long-standing relationships with leading businesses across various industries including retail, healthcare, education, and restaurants. The Sales Representative will report to the District General Manager and will be responsible for selling low voltage products and services, developing new customers, and maintaining existing accounts. This role offers the opportunity to learn a trade with multiple career paths in fire and life safety, supported by mentorship and training from industry experts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Fire Protection and Low Voltage sales
  • Commercial sales experience with a history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to design and implement a systematic approach to the selling process, including writing bid proposals
  • Knowledge of products, services, and industry codes or ability to quickly learn them
  • Organizational capacity to handle a high volume of accounts
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn the Company's information systems applications
  • Ability to fit in with a culture of teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Meet all assigned sales quotas
  • Manage time effectively to maximize sales calls and lead generation
  • Follow up on leads generated through Inside Sales Representatives
  • Participate in networking events and community functions to maximize lead generation
