About The Position

The Commercial Low Voltage Installer is responsible for installing various electronic systems. This role involves a variety of tasks including the installation of control panels, wiring, conduit, and field device terminations. The installer will coordinate daily scheduling with customers on-site and maintain communication with the project manager. Additionally, the installer will be responsible for maintaining drawings and schematics, performing troubleshooting as required, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion of associated documentation. Basic panel programming and setup/testing are also part of the job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of alarm system requirements and the ability to interpret code books and handbooks.
• Able to utilize a laptop with system application software, etc.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work well with others.
• COMMERCIAL Experience required.
• Field electrical and/or electronic practical experience required.
• 3-5 years of related industry experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Able to obtain Maryland and Virginia security technician license as required.
