Requirements

  • Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Project Management Software
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions
  • Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50- 100+ lbs.
  • Ability to show up on time looking professional
  • Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
  • Willing and able to take & pass drug test
  • 18+ years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of cabling, electrical, or IT infrastructure is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and job dispatching to ensure the efficient operation of the cabling team
  • Assist in manage work orders, maintain documentation, and track assets, while keeping accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and project progress
  • Liaise between field technicians, clients, and various internal departments to ensure clear and timely information flow
  • Ordering and tracking inventory, tools, and materials
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, invoices, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively escalating any delays or issues
  • Ensure that all work adheres to established safety, quality, and compliance standards
