About The Position
Responsible for learning how to maintain sharp tools to perform their job task correctly. Responsible for making precision cuts to carcass that allows for correct further processing to achieve desired carcass yield. Responsible for making precision cuts to carcass to remove hide only to achieve desired carcass yield. Responsible for operating a powered tool to perform job task. Average training time may require 2-3 months. Must be willing and able: Set up equipment in preparation for startup. Responsible for operating hide puller to remove hide from carcasses while also able to remark hide & re-pull hides as needed while being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Average training time may require 2-3 months. Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours. Must be willing and able to work cycles in less than 30 seconds. Must be willing and able to work in a wet environment.

- Must have 6 MThs continuous employment in the last 18 months.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
