Requirements

• Proven experience in high-ticket closing (preferably via Zoom).
• High levels of emotional intelligence and authenticity.
• Highly driven with consistent routines and follow-up systems.
• Comfortable working 100% commission-based and being paid based on results.
• Reliable phone and high-speed internet access.
• Available for team meetings at specified times.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching or transformational sales.
• A background in service-oriented roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified inbound leads to close high-ticket sales.
• Conduct sales conversations via Zoom with a confident and professional presence.
• Follow up with leads consistently using established routines and systems.
• Maintain a service-minded approach, prioritizing the client's needs over the sale.
• Participate in team meetings at 11 AM ET on Monday and Thursday.
