About The Position

Animal Medical Center is seeking a Love at First Sight (LAFS) Team Member with exceptional people skills to join our team. This full-time role plays a crucial part in welcoming new pet owners and delivering an outstanding client experience from day one. You will help maintain excellence in pet healthcare and customer service by: Providing accurate information and answering questions about puppies in the center Accurately completing LAFS patient records Learning and using Cornerstone veterinary software for invoicing Collaborating respectfully with veterinary team members to ensure an exceptional client experience Keeping the Love at First Sight area organized, clean, and welcoming Educating clients about clinic services and products according to standards Providing exceptional daily care to the puppies in our center We aim to exceed client expectations through outstanding service.
