The Lounge Service Manager plays a key role in curating the guest experience within Bacco’s Lounge , ensuring an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and seamless service.

Requirements

  • A degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two to three years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel or mixed -use residential environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with proven business acumen.
  • Proficiency with computer and F&B management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, evaluate, and motivate the Lounge team to uphold Hotel cultural and core standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor to engage with guests, recognize team excellence, and resolve any guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and food pairings, ensuring product quality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team and Culinary department to design creative menus and beverage offerings that reflect both value and quality.
  • Manage financial aspects of the operation including labor, purchasing, inventory, and cash control.
  • Ensure the physical condition of the Lounge meets the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance.
  • Attend operational meetings to foster collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Support special projects or other operational areas such as the main dining room when needed.
