About The Position

Position Summary As a Lounge Service Assistant , you are the engine that keeps the lounge operating at peak performance. Working seamlessly between the floor and the bar, you anticipate needs before they arise and execute with speed, precision, and attention to detail. From supporting bartenders and stocking the bar to running food and maintaining a polished environment, you play a critical role in delivering an elevated guest experience.

Requirements

• High energy, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous barback, hospitality, or nightlife experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep bar stations fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Assist bartenders with drink preparation, glassware polishing, keg changes, and bar setup/breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including handling spills and trash, and managing recycling.
• Ensure bar tools, equipment, and supplies are prepped and readily available for service.
• Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately from the kitchen and bar to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to support table turnover
• Maintain clean and organized lounge areas, including floors, service stations, and high-touch surfaces
• Transport glassware and dishes to the dish area and support overall back-of-house flow
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Work in constant communication with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, coordinated service
• Stay attentive to guest needs and support the team in creating a high-energy, polished atmosphere
