ON Call Bartender Description Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware. Ensure compliance with all alcohol serving laws and company policies. Provide prompt, courteous service to guests, engaging with them to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; follow opening and closing procedures. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly to prevent over-service Assist with inventory counts and restocking when necessary. Work closely with the event team and other staff to ensure smooth service during events. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
